​What is the difference between the New If Login and If Login (Classic version)?

The New If Login is a new self-service system taken to use in June 2017. It will replace the old version of If Login, from now also called If Login (Classic version). We recommend that you use the New If Login when you not need to manage Finnish Workers' Compensation insurance.

Until November 2017 the New If Login does not support features for Finnish Workers' Compensation insurance. If you need to manage Finnish Workers' Compensation insurance, please use If Login (Classic version).

I manage Finnish Workers' Compensation insurance, which system do I use?

Please continue to use If Login (Classic version). More information will be provided in November 2017.

How do I get an account to the New If Login?

Please contact any user in your own organization that has User Management Rights to the New If Login or contact your client team at If.

I use If Login (Classic version) - can I use the New If Login?

You will need new account credentials. Please contact your If Login Main User or your client team at If to get an account to the New If Login.

I cannot find my posted notifications and messages in the New If Login.

All your notifications will continuously be copied to the New If Login during 2017. You can still find them in If Login (Classic version) until they are copied.

Can I continue to use If Login (Classic version)?

Yes, until December 2017, but we recommend to use the New If Login, when you are not working with Workers' Compensation insurance in Finland.

Data will not be copied from the New If Login to If Login (Classic Version), only the other way around.

In December 2017 If Login (Classic version) will be closed. All your posted notifications and messages will be copied to the New If Login.

I did not create a password in time for the New If Login.

What do i need to do?

Browse to https://login.if-insurance.com​ and click the link Reset password and then follow the instructions.

How to get technical support or help with forgotten password?

If Login Service Desk is open work days between 07.30 - 17.30 (local time in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark)

At the pages where you are asked to fill in your credentials you can re-create your password via the same function as the “Reset password “ link.

Does If Login replace my contact with If personnel?

If Login is a support tool for the administrative routines regarding insurances. Our client teams are also available for you to help with insurance, claims and risk management issues. You are most welcome to contact us the way you prefer and are used to.​

Yes, personal user IDs and passwords complemented by SSL guarantee the safety. Also tailored user profiles ensure users see exactly the information they need and are entitled to see.
